Since its invention, photography has been a medium that transcends simply recording what is real. It is an art that combines emotion and technique, allowing the photographer to capture ephemeral moments and transform them into timeless visual stories.
At the “heart” of photography is emotion: the sensitive eye that interprets light, shadows and details. It's the ability to freeze feelings, convey messages and reveal dimensions invisible to the ordinary eye. However, this magic is only possible thanks to technical mastery. The choice of equipment, the setting of parameters and the visual composition are tools that the photographer uses to translate emotion into an image.
With technological advances, photography has undergone a revolution. The arrival of digital cameras, smartphones and artificial intelligence has democratized access to photography, giving anyone the power to create. However, this democratization has also brought challenges: the excess of images, in some cases, can dilute the meaning of photographic creation. Here, technique ceases to be just a support and becomes the “key” that allows the photographer to highlight their vision beyond the visual noise?
Today, technology not only helps, but also redefines what is possible. Advanced editing tools, augmented reality and artificial intelligence push the boundaries of photographic expression. However, it is essential to remember that the essence of photography still lies in the human connection. Technology is an ally, but it can never replace the photographer's unique eye and ability to move.
In this talk, we'll explore how to balance this duality - emotion and technique - and how technology can be used to enhance, rather than replace, artistic sensitivity in the world of photography.

Cultural tourism includes activities that are a hallmark of a country, city or region, such as art, cinema, sport, religion, architecture, gastronomy or nature, among others. According to Zurab Pololikashvili, Secretary General of the UNWTO, culture is one of the engines of tourism growth and accounts for around 37% of the sector.
In a world where experiences are at the center of tourist interest, art stands out as a valuable cultural and economic asset. Through art, we immerse ourselves in unique histories, cultures and sensibilities. But how can we turn art into a real tourist attraction without losing its essence and meaning? How can we increase its tourist potential?
In this talk, we will reflect on how art can be a powerful tourism product. How through museums, galleries, ateliers, biennials, craft markets and partnerships with other cultural agents, tourists can have experiences capable of building lasting memories and taking a part of our culture with them, adding value to the destinations they visit.
In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the most diverse industries, and the art world is no exception. With each advance comes a new way of creating and experiencing art. What challenges and opportunities arise from this expansion of the concept of art?
In this talk, we will discuss the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the art world and reflect on the role of this technology: is it a threat to human creativity or an ally that expands creative possibilities? With the emergence of algorithms capable of creating works of art, music and poetry, the line between human and digital creation is becoming increasingly blurred, challenging us to redefine what we mean by art. AI raises profound questions about authorship, originality and the future of artists, proposing a reassessment of what constitutes artistic expression in the 21st century.
The synergy between Art and AI can inspire the development of new forms of expression and challenge our understanding of what art is. After all, AI, however advanced, lacks the emotion and unique perspective that characterizes the human experience.
