No dia 31 de janeiro teve lugar, na Sala Romanti Cultura, o \u201cJantar com Arte\u201d associado \u00e0 exposi\u00e7\u00e3o Como Vos Vejo: Fotografia de C\u00e9sar Mour\u00e3o. Este evento contou com a presen\u00e7a do artista, bem como de fot\u00f3grafos e convidados da talk de fotografia.<\/p>

A Chef Em\u00edlia Pacheco, do restaurante Casino Azores, foi desafiada a criar um menu que traduzisse, em sabores e texturas, a sensibilidade e o olhar \u00fanicos presentes nas fotografias de C\u00e9sar Mour\u00e3o. O resultado foi uma experi\u00eancia memor\u00e1vel, que surpreendeu todos os presentes pela harmonia entre gastronomia e arte contempor\u00e2nea.<\/p>

The concept of beauty, both in the philosophical and aesthetic sense, has evolved over the centuries. But one common denominator, which cuts across all eras, is the search for symmetry and, above all, balance.
When we talk about Aesthetic Medicine, the search for external balance (Beauty) is closely linked to strengthening the self, to psychic empowerment.<\/p>

But fast-paced contemporaneity, external pressure (peers, social networks...) and changes in \u2018conventional\u2019 reference standards can lead to narcissistic disturbances that translate, for example, into weaknesses in self-esteem and self-perception disorders such as body dysmorphia.<\/p>

In this context, the \u2018aesthetic\u2019 doctor is once again consigned to a holistic reality in which he is obliged to combine science and art. Art in the strict sense, as if he were sculpting the faces he works on, but also in the search for a balance between the psychic and the clothed skin. After a period in which exaggerated aesthetic procedures prevailed, he is ethically \u2018obliged\u2019 to defend the ideology of \u2018less is more\u2019.<\/p>

In this talk, we'll have an in-depth and unconventional debate on these topical issues.<\/p>
