Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

- Mainland Portugal

- Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira

- European Union countries

- United States of America

- Canada

If you wish to ship to another country, please contact us beforehand to analyse the feasibility.

Transport costs

- Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase, based on the destination, type of work and its dimensions.

- For mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira, we offer free shipping on orders over €4,000.

- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or additional charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times

- Mainland Portugal: 8 to 10 working days

- Azores and Madeira: 8 to 10 working days

- Europe: 10 to 14 working days

- USA and Canada: 15 to 30 working days

Notes:

- The times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on public holidays, logistical conditions or factors beyond our control.

- Made-to-order or personalised works may involve additional production times, which are duly stated on the product page.

Packaging and protection

- All works are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transport.

- In the event of visible damage to the packaging or the work, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending photographs of the product and the packaging.

Returns and exchanges

- We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt, as long as the work is in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in its original packaging.

- We do not accept returns on personalised works or works made to order.

- Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of a shipping error or duly proven damage.
